Will Berry is Co-founder of La Playa Agency and company CEO. Life coach, author and proud father of an Ecuadorian baby as well as two other little ones. 

He is a busy father of three, with (4th child) twin infant who lost her life due to a medical error made in the NICU. Both Will and his wife  Brittani have experienced the Indigenous BIPOC maternal health and infant death crisis in the United States and are on a mission to offer BIPOC a better option.

She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent from San Diego California, life coach, author. Brittani recently gave birth in Manta, Ecuador and is an avid world traveler and real estate development consultant. Doctora Lorena is the Medical Director of La Playa Agency. She is an award winning medical provider. She also delivered the son of our founders Will and Brittani Berry in October 2023. Doctora Lorena has an office located at the Manta Medical Hospital, and she performs all of her medical procedures at the Santa Margarita Clinica in Porto, Viejo, Ecuador. She works with non spanish speaking patients through the help of our agency.

Ayanna is the Virtual Doula for La Playa Agency. She has helped various families through the birthing process from Maryland to California. She understands the healthcare disparities and poor birthing outcomes  such as high maternal death and infant death for BIPOC women in the United States. Ayanna offers a host of expertise in Lactation, nutrition, and prenatal and post partum self care. She is also the personal Doula for the Berry's our founder's of La Playa Agency.
